Key Responsibilities

 Attend to walk-in customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner 

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobile lamination and related products 

Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly

 Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately

 Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the counter area

 Upsell and cross-sell related mobile accessories and protection products

 Resolve basic customer queries and complaints effectively
