Job Overview:
The Grand Heritage Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Sales & Booking Coordinator to handle booking confirmations, payment schedules, and basic client documentation. This role involves promptly attending inquiries, arranging site visits, offering packages with senior guidance, and coordinating between clients and the resort team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Handling
· Attend calls and respond to booking inquiries promptly.
· Arrange and coordinate client site visits.
· Understand client requirements and present suitable packages and quotations with senior team support.
· Booking Documentation
· Prepare and share booking confirmations and payment schedules with clients.
· Take signed terms and conditions from clients and ensure proper record-keeping.
· Maintain all booking-related paperwork in an organized manner.
· Liaise with internal teams for smooth booking execution.
· Provide clients with timely updates and ensure a professional communication flow.
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, events, or client servicing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
• Fixed salary + Incentives on confirmed bookings.
