Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

• Handle basic client communication through calls and emails.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and lead trackers.

• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, etc.) for order processing.

• Support the team with follow-ups on inquiries and pending documentation.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.

• Ensure timely responses to customer queries.

• Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
