Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Develop B2B clientele for HIPS & PVC thermoformed trays in pharma, food, cosmetic, electronics, and stationery industries
2. Generate leads via cold calling, B2B portals, references, and field visits. Convert inquiries into orders
3. Understand client requirements: size, thickness, cavity, material - HIPS/PVC, color
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand client base in assigned territory
5. Coordinate with PPC, production, and dispatch for sample approval, delivery timelines, and payment follow-up
6. Handle key accounts, ensure repeat business, and resolve post-sales issues
Marketing:
1. Study market trends for HIPS & PVC tray applications - blister trays, insert trays, food packaging
2. Promote USPs: food-grade material, custom cavity design, anti-static options, recyclability
3. Maintain product catalogs, sample kits, and digital presence, LinkedIn
4. Represent company at exhibitions like Plast vision, Food Pack Expo
5. Share competitor pricing, new tooling trends, and customer feedback
6. Support branding activities and new product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate & Field Marketing preferred
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in plastic packaging, thermoforming, or related Cosmetic, FMCG manufacture
- Technical understanding of HIPS vs PVC properties, micron/thickness, thermoforming process is a plus
- Strong negotiation & client handling in English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Prefer local candidates
