Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, site visits, cold calls, online platforms, and referrals.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.

• Understand client needs and match them with appropriate properties.

• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to support sales efforts.

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Good understanding of the local real estate market.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Real estate license or certification (as per local regulations).

• Experience in [residential/commercial/industrial] real estate is a plus.
