Sales Executive

Position Overview 

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential learners.  

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable certification/training programs.

• Effectively communicate program features, pricing, and benefits to prospective learners

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate clients. 

•  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and certification changes. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
