Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B and B2C).
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer service.
• Maintain sales reports, lead records, and client databases.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in infrastructure, construction, or sports equipment industry).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
