Role Overview: Kactto Shopping is hiring target-driven Sales Executives responsible for direct sales and revenue growth. This role is performance-oriented, with mandatory sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities (Mandatory):
1. In the 1st month, the company will provide agents to work with.
2. You will need to coordinate with the provided agents and generate sales accordingly.
3. From the 2nd month onwards, you will need to add/recruit your own agents, and you 4. can work with both the existing (company-provided) and newly added agents.
5. Promote and sell Kactto products, with primary focus on cosmetics.
6. Ensure achievement of assigned individual sales targets.
2. Coordination & Reporting:
1. Share regular sales reports with reporting managers.
2. Ensure professional conduct and brand representation.
3. Marketing & Promotion Support:
Support digital and direct marketing initiatives Promote products through social media, referrals, and direct outreach Share market and customer feedback with management
4. Eligibility Criteria:
1. Experience in sales, retail, and direct selling, preferred Strong communication and convincing skills.
2. Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles.
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle products is an advantage
