• 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Crumb Rubber, Tyre, or Rubber Moulding industries (mandatory).

• Candidate must be currently located in South India, preferably Tamil Nadu or Kerala.

• Strong industry connections and proven business development experience.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, mostly across South India.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Exposure to domestic markets with focus on North India.
