Job Title: Associate Consultant (Sales & Advisory)

Core Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Dialling prospects daily to identify SME and individual requirements. You must have the "knack" for opening doors and turning a "No" into a conversation.

  • Banker Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain rapport with Banking Partners. You must master the "Engine Room"—knowing exactly which bank policy fits which client file.

  • Strategic Filtering: You know your worth. You stay focused on high-value opportunities. For smaller files, you coordinate with the BizOps Associate to ensure the client is served while you remain focused on the high-ticket pipeline.

  • External Representation: Attend industry events and conferences to grow the 7 Fin network.

  • Operational Precision: Maintain a meticulous track of company-related expenses and client documentation.
