We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team effectively.
Assign tasks and monitor team members’ daily work.
Follow up on project progress and ensure timely completion.
Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with team members and management.
Review work quality and provide necessary feedback.
Resolve team-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and share regular work/status updates.
Motivate and support team members to achieve targets.
Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Team management and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of client handling and follow-ups.
Experience in architecture/interior design/elevation design will be an advantage.
Responsible, proactive, and organized.
Experience: 2+ years preferred.
