About the Role
Cosma Fertility is looking for a Sales Executive with experience in healthcare, medical sales, hospital, diagnostics or insurance. You will generate leads, convert them into customers and build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into customers
Handle calls, follow-ups, meetings and sales closures
Explain healthcare services, medical products or insurance plans to customers
Build relationships with customers, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Identify new business opportunities
Support team members and assist with training when required
Requirements
1–4 years of relevant sales experience
Healthcare, medical or insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Target-oriented and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
Medical or healthcare-related qualification such as B.Sc Nursing, GNM, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BPT, BMLT, Life Sciences, BDS, BHMS, BAMS or an equivalent healthcare degree.
