Job Description – Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Generate leads and acquire new clients through direct sales, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Promote the company's sea freight, customs clearance, and cargo coordination services.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements to clients.

Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 to 4 year of experience in sales.

Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, NVOCC, or Supply Chain industry will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships and generate business independently.

Good understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics services is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and basic business correspondence.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with freight forwarding industry experience.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Mulund and nearby locations.
