Role & Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets for interior and exterior 3D visualization projects.
Handle inbound client calls, execute follow-ups, and build long-term relationships with architects and interior designers.
Manage Meta API integrations (WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads follow-ups) and automation tools to streamline the sales pipeline.
Read and interpret 2D architectural drawings (AutoCAD/PDF) to calculate accurate project estimates and prepare quotations.
Coordinate seamlessly with the internal design team to ensure client requirements are met.
Travel within Delhi NCR for crucial client meetings and presentations when required.
Maintain accurate sales reports and share weekly performance updates.
Requirements & Profile:
Experience: Prior sales experience in an architecture, interior design, or real estate firm is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to confidently read 2D architectural plans. Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, WhatsApp API) is a major plus.
Attributes: Target-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with field travel within the NCR when closing deals.
