The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and retailers, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets for PVC and HDPE pipe products.
Identify and develop new customers in plumbing, agriculture, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads and follow up with builders, contractors, and government agencies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management for pricing, new products, and market strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers/distributors.
Visit customer sites regularly to close sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide product information and quotations.
Promote the advantages of PVC, CPVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, and related products.
Give product demonstrations when required.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
Update CRM with customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in PVC/HDPE pipes or building material sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain dealer networks.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
