Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Visits & Lead Generation: Visit industrial areas, factories, and project sites. Identify potential customers (manufacturing units, OEMs, contractors)
Generate new leads through cold visits and references
2. Requirement Analysis (On-Site): Understand client needs directly at site
Analyze application (pressure, flow, chemical compatibility, etc.)
Suggest suitable products (valves, pumps, fittings, tubing, etc.)
3. Product Demonstration & Technical Explanation: Explain product features, specifications, and benefits. Provide basic demos or application guidance
Coordinate with technical team for complex requirements.
4. Sales Conversion & Order Closure: Follow up on leads generated.
5. Promote eCommerce Platform Usage:
Educate clients about ordering through your website
Help customers register and place orders online
Encourage repeat purchases through the platform
6. Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with purchase managers, engineers, and decision-makers
Maintain regular follow-ups for repeat business
Act as the primary contact for key clients.
