Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions

• Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and proposals

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close deals

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using ERP or internal systems

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics) for smooth order execution

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a having knowledge of piping industry (standard, codes, material grade, products) related field

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Industrial/B2B experience preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP tools

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
