Job Description

• Tender cum Techno Commercial Quotation preparation with respect to compliance of RFQ / NIT / Tender Number / Inquiry Number

• BOQ, Technical Datasheet and Technical Scrutiny

• Coordination with internal teams for costing for smooth execution

• Email & telecon communication with Client, follow-ups to maintain the better professional relation

• Identify new business opportunities through tenders and inquiries

• Support sales activities, including lead generation and conversions

• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers with clients

• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

• Government and Private Vendor Registration to get a tender / inquiry / RFQ on regular basis

• Find out the new tenders on Government and Private Customer website or Portal to fill up the tenders

• Search for new prospect to enhance the business opportunities
