Position: Work Engineer – Suryaghar Project
Experience: 2–4 Years (Mandatory experience in Suryaghar project)

Location: Pan India (as per project requirement)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Suryaghar Project Work Engineer who will handle complete field operations for Suryaghar installation projects, from site assessment to commissioning. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Suryaghar project processes and field execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Suryaghar installation process at customer sites.

• Conduct site surveys and verify technical feasibility.

• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure quality installation, safety compliance, and project guidelines.

• Monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues.

• Prepare daily reports and update project status to managers.

• Verify documentation, customer forms, and installation photos.

• Coordinate with DISCOM and related authorities when required.

• Support commissioning and system testing activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong field execution experience in Suryaghar projects.

• Good knowledge of solar installation processes.

• Ability to manage teams and contractors.

• Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for field work.
