• *Qualification:* *Graduate Engineer Only* - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

*Experience:* 2 to 6 Years in HVAC Project Sales

*Salary:* Up to *₹50,000/- per month + Lucrative Incentives*

*About the Role:*

We are hiring dynamic Sales Engineers for our leading HVAC client handling Turnkey Projects for Real Estate Builders, Commercial & Industrial sectors.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Field Sales & Business Development:*

- Generate new business for HVAC Turnkey Projects (VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ducting, Ventilation)

- Regular field visits to Real Estate sites, Builders, Architects, Consultants in Pune / Nagpur region

- Build strong relationships with Builders, PMC, Architects, MEP Consultants

- *Sales & Technical:*

- Understand client requirements & propose suitable HVAC solutions

- Coordinate with Design & Costing team for estimation & proposal

- Prepare & present techno-commercial offers to clients

- Lead negotiation & closing of orders

- *Target & Reporting:*

- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets

- Maintain daily sales reports & client follow-up sheet

- Payment follow-up coordination

*Required Candidate Profile:*

- *Only Graduate Engineer* - Mechanical Engineering Mandatory

- *Male Candidate* required for field sales

- Must have experience in HVAC Turnkey Project Sales / Real Estate Project Sales

- Should have own two-wheeler & valid driving license

- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

- Aggressive, self-motivated & target oriented
