Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with performance and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in electrical switchgears. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical requirements and customer needs, helping us drive growth within industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Technical Consultation: Understand complex customer requirements and propose the best-fit electrical solutions.

• Sales Execution: Promote and sell our range of electrical switchgear products to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Operational Support: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams regarding quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and delivery timelines.

• Technical Guidance: Provide basic technical support and conduct product demonstrations as needed.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all inquiries, interactions, and orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the electrical switchgear industry.

• Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, control panels, and various electrical components.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as per business requirements.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
