Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Process Equipment & Automation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Drive Sales :
Take ownership of sales targets for process equipment, vacuum systems, and process automation solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and OEMs.
Understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Business Development & Enquiry Generation :
Identify potential customers and generate qualified enquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation, technical presentations, and negotiation.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in process equipment, vacuum systems, or automation solutions.
Strong technical understanding and consultative selling approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
