Position: Executive / Engineer - Sales & Marketing
Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
Skilled in solution-based selling techniques. Strong negotiation skills
Able to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients
Experienced in preparing technical proposals,
participating in techno-commercial discussions, and handling tender processes.
Experience in technical sales of industrial pumps, valves, fluid handling system, process industry
equipment is an added advantage.
Understanding of consultant-driven projects and OEM collaborations.
Strong networking abilities with consultants, EPC contractors, and maintenance teams.
Develop new markets, and achieving regional or national sales targets.
Capable of creating go-to-market strategies, building channel partnerships, and managing key accounts. Comfortable using CRM tools, integrating digital marketing, and generating MIS reports.
Fluent in English; Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. All other benefits will be provided in line with industry standards.
Industry Preference: Candidates with relevant industry background are preferred.
Target Sectors: Water Treatment, Oil and Gas, Chemical processing, edible oil refining, ETP/STP, mining, minerals, pharmaceuticals and food & beverages.
