Candidate Profile Required Qualifications & Experience 3–7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales Proven background in: o Control panels o Switchgear o Automation solutions o EPC project sales Strong exposure to industrial customers such as: o Consultants o Contractors o OEMs o Plant engineers and maintenance teams Willingness and ability to: o Conduct cold visits o Handle rejections professionally o Manage long sales cycles Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through: o Customer and project site visits o Interactions with consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs o Existing industry networks and references Develop and manage key customer accounts to ensure long-term business relationships Understand customer requirements and application needs related to: o Control panels o Electrical and automation solutions Coordinate closely with internal teams including: o Design & Engineering o Proposal & Estimation o Production & Project Execution Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closures systematically Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company growth objectives
