Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and enquiries.

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

• Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams for order execution.

• Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payment collection, and delivery status.

• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer data.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Handle after-sales support and resolve client complaints.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.

  • Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or industrial marketing.

  • Strong technical understanding of products and applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Professional attitude with good relationship-building ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
