About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Storage Solutions) to lead sales initiatives in the industrial storage and racking sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailor-made storage solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the industrial storage and racking domain.
· Manage and expand relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
· Conduct site visits, understand client storage requirements, and propose customized solutions.
· Interpret layout drawings using AutoCAD and collaborate with design/engineering teams for solution planning.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strategize and improve offerings.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
· Maintain CRM records and ensure timely reporting to the senior sales leadership.
Requirements:
· Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in sales of industrial storage/racking systems.
· Industry Exposure: Strong background in B2B/industrial sales and warehousing solutions.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficient in interpreting technical drawings using AutoCAD.
o Sound understanding of material handling, warehouse layout, and racking systems.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Other Traits: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
