Job Title: Sales Engineer – B2B (Electrical Products)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month + applicable local expenses

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to manage and grow key B2B accounts in the electrical and allied industry segment. The candidate must possess strong techno-commercial acumen and the ability to handle large enterprise clients independently. This role requires a higher competency level than existing Team Leaders, as the position involves managing strategic accounts and driving high-value business growth.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering)

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also be considered

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience

• Preference will be given to candidates from electrical or allied industry products

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key B2B and enterprise accounts

• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments

• Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers

• Provide techno-commercial solutions tailored to client requirements

• Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure

• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives

Compensation & Commercial Terms:

• Monthly Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000
