Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong techno-commercial understanding to support EPC project acquisition and execution coordination. The role includes client handling, proposal development, solar subsidy coordination, and ensuring smooth completion of rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in EPC electrical and energy infrastructure projects.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical-commercial solutions.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and presentations.

• Actively promote rooftop solar projects including PM Surya Ghar Yojana opportunities.

• Handle subsidy documentation, application process, approvals, and coordination with authorities.

• Ensure smooth execution support and completion of rooftop solar projects from order closure to subsidy realization.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for project alignment.

• Manage client meetings, negotiations, and relationship building.

• Track tenders, RFQs, project pipeline, and maintain sales reports.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical) OR BBA (preferred for techno-commercial sales role)

• Experience in EPC, solar, infrastructure, or electrical project sales preferred.
