Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Engineer (Fresher) to join our team in the Electrical Panel Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in developing a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio, including LT/HT Panels, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, and related electrical products.

·         Assist in generating leads through cold calling, client visits, trade shows, and online platforms.

·         Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.

·         Support the sales team in preparing technical quotations, tenders, and proposals.

·         Visit client sites with senior engineers to understand project requirements.

·         Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.

·         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

·         Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams when required.

·         Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets under the guidance of senior sales personnel.

Key Skills & Competencies:

·         Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and control panels.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.

·         Ability to work independently and in a team.

·         Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·         Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Electrical Engineering.

·         Fresher with a keen interest in industrial/electrical product sales.

·         Residing in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon or nearby areas.

·         Own two-wheeler (preferred, not mandatory).
