We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer/Business Development Executive, who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements. The role involves identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate software/technical solutions, and driving sales through strong technical understanding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory of Uttarakhand.
· Understand customer processes, applications, and technical requirements
· Present and demonstrate technical solutions to customers
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, payment collection.
· Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
· Provide market feedback and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation) or equivalent
· Experience in software sales / technical sales / solution selling
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers
· Willingness to travel within the region
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal documentation.
· Preferably having exposure to Industrial product sales.
