Sales Engineer

Job Description

Pre-Requisites

·         Must have Field Sales Experience of min 5 Yrs for Selling AC Drives, Control Panel & Automation Solution

·         Candidate must be aware of customer database in and around Ahmedabad from Pharma , Refrigeration and Commercial Infra business segment

·         Candidate having Sales experience of working in HVAC or Refrigeration Industry shall be given preference

·         Candidate having prior experience of handling team of 3 or more subordinates for more than 2 years, can be considered for managerial position

Core Duties / KRA:

·         To generate Sales of AC Drives, Control Panel & Automation Solution, as per assigned Target

·         Have to take care of Key Customer Accounts, Handle Corporate Clients, Contractors and make presentations

·         Carry out focused Sales & Marketing Activities to increase Share of Wallet ( SOW ) from Existing Customer Accounts

·         Identify customer’s current and future requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential new OR existing customers

·         Identify new markets and business opportunities

·         Gather market information and help prepare an overall Selling / Marketing Activities

·         Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

·         Prepares and submit offers by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, design, and other professional personnel.

·         Attend the customer meeting and negotiate the proposal / contract technically and commercially  for the best interest of the company.

·         Prepare Sales Reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

·         Accept Annual Sales Target & work towards achievement of Organizational Goals

·         Prepare and work on company’s Annual Business Plan

·         May have to lead team of Sales Engineers. Assist them in preparing their weekly plan Record ,Review  & present your own AND Sales Team performance Report on weekly basis

·         Take Responsibilities of Payment O/S , in case of overdue OR non-receipt amount

·         Other/ additional  related tasks assigned by department  head or management based on organizational need.
