Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge of construction products and solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams to recommend appropriate products, support the sales process, and drive business growth in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
Work with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to specify products
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates
Participate in tenders and support bid submissions (RFP/RFQ)
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for timely delivery
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Track project progress and ensure product approvals and order closures
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem
