We are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer / Account Manager for our Power System Group (PSG). The candidate will be responsible for sales and account management of power system software, electrical hardware, and allied services. The role involves business development, client handling, and achieving sales targets in the power sector.
• Generate new business and manage existing key accounts
• Sell power system software, electrical hardware & services
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct technical and techno-commercial discussions
• Build strong relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for demos & proposals
• Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets
• 8–10 years of experience in sales/account management (power sector preferred)
• Knowledge of power system studies
• Exposure to tools like ETAP, MiPower, DIgSILENT, CYMDIST, SKM preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
• Willingness to travel (50–70%)
