We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our fire protection product portfolio. The role involves working closely with customers, consultants, and internal teams to promote and deliver effective fire safety solutions including sprinklers, suppression systems, valves, and piping.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies for fire protection systems • Identify and engage consultants, contractors, and end-users • Provide pre-sales technical support (product selection, proposals, system inputs) • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals • Conduct presentations, site visits, and client meetings • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution • Support installation and commissioning when required • Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business • Track sales pipeline and reporting through CRM/ERP • Stay updated with market trends and fire safety standards
Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Fire Safety Engineering or related field • 1–3 years’ experience in technical sales / pre-sales / application engineering • Exposure to fire protection, HVAC, or piping systems preferred • Knowledge of sprinklers, valves, fittings is an advantage • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to convert technical requirements into solutions • MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD/BOQ knowledge is a plus • Self-driven and customer-focused • Willing to travel
