Key responsibilities
Sales and client management:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.
Conduct sales calls and generate leads.
Technical and consultative support:
Perform site visits and assessments to understand client needs.
Provide technical expertise, present product demonstrations, and explain technical features.
Help clients select the right HVAC systems for their requirements.
Proposal and project management:
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bids.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, project management) to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Oversee the handover of sold projects to the operations team for execution.
Market and product knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new HVAC technologies.
Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
