5.Key relationships- INTERNAL Sales, R&D, QC, Production, Automation & PURCHASE, Stores, and other
SupportFunctions.
EXTERNAL -Customers, Dealers & Vendors, if required.
6.Key Responsibility
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineeringadaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Identifies current and future customer service requirements byestablishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers andothers in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineeringinformation by answering questions and requests.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potentialcustomers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents,consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios ofequipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environmentand engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use ofmaterials or services.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating costreductions and operations improvements.
Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costingengineering changes.
Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information andtraining.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attendingeducational workshops, reviewing professional publications,establishing personal networks, and participating in professionalsocieties.
Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-termand long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending optionsand courses of action, and implementing directives.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

8. Experience
Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience of Sales in the Manufacturing orMarketing Industry.
Fresh with a good academic record & sound technical knowledge can be considered.
