Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Promote and sell electrical connectors, cable assemblies, and customized interconnect solutions.
• Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Support customers with product selection and application requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
