Position Title: Sales Executive / Engineer

A. Key Performance Areas
1. Sales & Business Development of entire product range in the assigned territory / area.
Receivables Management
Management Reporting on Sales Performance
B. Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Prepare and secure approval of a Business Plan to achieve the Sales and Growth Targets
Provide monthly / quarterly / annual sales forecasting
Implement CRM reporting norms and ensure compliance
Conduct Competitive analysis and provide regular updates
Operational
· Responsible for achieving revenue against set sales target.
· Prepare and submit suitable offers and regularly follow up to convert them to orders
· Work closely with Distributors / Dealers to ensure wider coverage and optimized efforts.
· Meet the Receivable goals by ensuring timely collection
· Extend technical support to team and distributors and to subordinates
· Periodically review distributor performance to check gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
· Distributor network expansion to increase reach to customers
· Work closely with SBU heads to implement action plan
· Finalize and update client list regularly for region and add new customers to increase customer base
· Ensure highest service levels at Key Account and increase sales revenues year on year.
Attend Pre- bid tender meetings, coordinate and assist sales coordinator for requirements for any tender documents.
Ensure quick response to all sales leads from advertisements, exhibits, mailing and customer enquiries.
Be update with product knowledge and conduct site surveys and product demos as necessary
Coordinate with your manager on day to day basis for any administration issue or sales or delivery issue
Prepare a travel plan and seek approval from your manager, to ensure complete coverage of the assigned territory and distributors
Coordinate for exhibitions, seminars, road shows in the regions for the customers.
Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions with the help of BMD / product specialist from HO.
· Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
Administrative / Development
· Plan and execute joint sales calls with Manager / SBU Head
Management Reporting
· Weekly / Monthly MIS reporting as agreed with your manager
· Ensure compliance of CRM and ERP expectations
· Ensure weekly submission of sales call reports to your manager at the end of the week along with a visit plan for the following week
· Timely submission of expense reports
C. Key Competencies required to perform the current role
Qualification & Experience
• Education preferred BE/BSc. With professional qualification MBA/PGDBM.
• Experience in safety industry will be preferred
• Hands on working experience of more than 2 year with Contractors.
• Should have good knowledge of Distributors/geographical region.
• Must be computer literate
