Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving product-related
issues in a timely manner.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining the
company’s margins and profitability.
Manage accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify new market segments and regions for the sale of CNC
machine parts.
Plan and execute sales campaigns targeting various industries across
India.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and develop
promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, proposals, and
quotations.
Track sales performance and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales targets.
Submit detailed feedback to management on customer needs,
