Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales for job production and precision manufacturing services in the Bangalore region.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.

• Understand customer technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in job production, CNC machining, or related manufacturing sectors.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and production planning.

• Proven track record of B2B sales in industrial or OEM segments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel within the Bangalore and surrounding regions as needed.
