· Brief about profile: Development of Business, knowledge about PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFD, SERVO, Relay etc Automation products.
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
Customer Interaction: Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
Lead Generation: Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure orders, negotiate prices, and arrange deliveries.
Customer Support: Assist customers with problems related to installed products and recommend improvements.
Feedback Analysis: Solicit and log client feedback to create new sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales goals and quotas Target.
Training: Train other members of the sales team on technical aspects of products and services.
Target: Achieve monthly given target.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in sales and the technology field.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers.
Leadership: Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
Travel: like to travel and visit customer place to bring business.
