Job Description

Fabrication, PEB Manufacturers, and Automobile. Construction industry, hospitals and Engineering industry for requirements of Welding Machines, Air Compressor and Air Dryers, Air Receivers, Generators, Cutting Machines, Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Online UPS and Stabilizers Maintenance Products Accessories and Consumables.

·         Technical Expertise: Sales engineers possess a deep understanding of their company's products and services, including their functionalities, specifications, and how they address customer needs. 

·         Customer Needs Assessment: They work with clients to identify their specific requirements and challenges, often through meetings, presentations, and site visits. 

·        Solution Development: Based on their technical knowledge and customer needs, sales engineers develop tailored solutions and proposals that demonstrate how the product or service can benefit the client. 

·        Presentation and Communication: They deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining complex concepts in an understandable way. 

·        Relationship Building: Sales engineers build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support. 

·        Collaboration: They work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, and with the product development team to provide customer feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs. 

·        Post-Sales Support: They provide ongoing support to customers after a sale,

including troubleshooting, training, and addressing any technical issues.
