Position: Head Sales and Marketing, Faridabad
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional with deep expertise in the manufacturing sector—especially in products such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, filters, deaerators, strainers, and similar industrial equipment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical marketing, strategic planning, and international client engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must hold a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution and have 15 to 20 or more years of relevant industry experience.
III. Expected Hands-on Experience
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify and pursue new projects, leads, and client opportunities across domestic and international markets
• Conduct technical presentations and build strong rapport with prospective clients and stakeholders
• Manage vendor registrations and liaise with EPC companies, licensors, consultants, and end users
• Lead initiatives for brand recognition, product positioning, and market segmentation
• Gather market intelligence and analyze customer trends, competitor activity, and ongoing projects
• Oversee and mentor the marketing team for client meetings and strategic engagements
• Generate cost estimates and manage technical and commercial negotiations to secure contracts
