Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive regional business growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting industrial automation and digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, partners, and system integrators while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.
Identify, acquire, and manage new customer accounts while achieving assigned sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
Develop and execute sales and business development plans to achieve revenue objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solution sales, or industrial automation sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer requirements and market trends.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
