Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA + incentives & benefits

Role Overview

Responsible for achieving sales targets by finding new customers, maintaining relationships, and selling gearboxes, motors, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling and field visits

Meet customers regularly and understand their needs

Present and sell suitable products/solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and OEMs

Provide product information and basic technical support

Prepare sales reports and track market trends

Coordinate with internal teams for orders and delivery

Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation (MBA preferred)

2–4 years of sales experience (industrial products preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic technical understanding

Comfortable with field sales and travel

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages

English (required)

Hindi/Marathi (preferred)
