Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to explain product benefits and features.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.

• Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

• Collaborate with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

• Provide post-sales technical support and ensure smooth project handover.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or Business Administration.

• 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions (specific to your industry).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
