Job Description

Job Title: New Business Development (NBD) Executive

Industry: Construction
Location: Lucknow
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Travel: Extensive travel across North India

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

  • Identify and develop new markets and customers in the assigned territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups and manage market-related activities

  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution

  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and submit monthly MIS and sales performance reports

  • Support demand generation and sales forecasting initiatives

  • Travel across the Northern region of India as per business requirements
