Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, EPC companies, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Travel across India for business development and client meetings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Boiler & Power Plant Industry.
• Strong B2B Marketing & Business Development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Must have worked with reputed companies in the sector across India.
