1–4 years in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy / Power Sector
(Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered)
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred but not mandatory)
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our solar energy division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting site assessments, creating proposals, and closing sales for rooftop solar, EPC projects, and other solar solutions.
Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial).
Develop new sales channels and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Explain solar products, benefits, ROI, and financial models to customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate technical assessments.
Prepare and present customized proposals & quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for site surveys and installations.
Ensure smooth communication from enquiry to project completion.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Handle customer queries, agreements, and basic documentation.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
