About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of hydraulic tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on product understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet clients across different locations to generate and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the hydraulic tools market through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and engineering-based presentations for clients to showcase hydraulic tools and solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements, provide technical consultation, and recommend the most suitable hydraulic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, client engagement, and technical support.
• Prepare competitive quotations, manage the sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, logistics, and operations teams for accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting, application guidance, and after-sales service to clients.
• Travel to client sites, industrial facilities, field locations, and trade exhibitions for sales visits and technical evaluations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning, territory management, and technical selling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of sales experience in the hydraulic tools or industrial equipment sector.
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, tools, and applications.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Willingness to travel across regions as per business needs.
